Privacy Policy
Privacy-first bathroom confidence.
Last updated: August 1, 2026
PooPartner is a general wellness app for guided relaxation and bathroom confidence. The initial version does not require an account, and we do not collect stool details, symptom logs, diagnoses, medical notes, bathroom outcome prompts, or free-text journal entries.
Information we may collect
The app may collect limited product and diagnostic data such as an anonymous app installation identifier, a user-readable Support ID derived from that identifier, app version, build environment, device family, operating system version, coarse locale/region, network status, onboarding flow events, content engagement, listening-session events, favorites, download/cache state, subscription entitlement state, and support interactions you choose to send.
Onboarding answers and the preference profile used for recommendations are stored on your device. PooPartner may collect privacy-bounded onboarding analytics such as question IDs, selected option IDs, generated recommendation tags, completion status, and whether you used the quick-help path. We do not collect your display name, custom profile photo, free-text responses, user-provided health or medical data, stool details, symptom logs, diagnoses, medical notes, bathroom outcome prompts, or free-text journal entries.
PooPartner may also collect attribution and funnel events to understand whether marketing campaigns lead to installs, onboarding, app use, and subscriptions. These events may include app installs and opens, onboarding completion, paywall or checkout activity, trial starts, and subscriptions. V1 is designed without App Tracking Transparency, IDFA collection, precise location collection, contacts collection, or microphone recording.
Advertising measurement and attribution
We use AppsFlyer to measure app installs and selected conversion events and to understand the effectiveness of PooPartner advertising. When AppsFlyer's advanced data sharing for Meta Ads is enabled, AppsFlyer may make limited app-event and device or network information available to Meta for attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, reporting, and ad-delivery optimization. Depending on availability, this information may include an IP address, an Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), AppsFlyer or anonymous identifiers, a user agent, app and device details, and the selected app events described above. This sharing can occur when an advertising identifier is unavailable. We do not send stool details, symptom logs, diagnoses, medical notes, bathroom outcomes, or free-text journal entries for advertising measurement.
How we use information
We use limited app information to operate PooPartner, improve session recommendations, understand whether content is useful, maintain purchases or subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store payments. PooPartner may use RevenueCat or similar purchase infrastructure to manage subscription entitlement state, restore purchases, and help with purchase support. We do not store App Store payment card details.
Service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, attribution, purchases, telemetry, crash reporting, content delivery, email, and support operations. These providers may include Supabase, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Meta, Sentry, Apple, Cloudflare, and email/support tooling. These providers are used to operate and improve PooPartner, measure our advertising, and deliver PooPartner advertising, not to collect bathroom health logs or free-text medical notes.
Your choices
You can remove the app from your device to stop app-side collection. App settings include controls for local preferences, downloads, cache behavior, and deleting local PooPartner data. You may also request deletion of off-device records associated with your Support ID from Delete PooPartner data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or compliance purposes.
You may also contact us to ask about, object to, or request restriction of advertising-measurement data associated with your Support ID. The choices and rights available to you may depend on where you live.
